Jason discovered his passion for real estate while shopping for his first home. Working as a customer service instructor in the hospitality industry, he was attracted to the similarities between to the two service-oriented fields and didn’t hesitate to switch careers. He went on to co-found and manage a company which served real estate agents in Phoenix, Arizona. Though most of Jason’s professional experience has revolved around the real estate field, he also took an extended break as a stay-at-home dad before returning and then joining The Beckham Real Estate Team.

Jason became manager of the team in 2019. Since 2020, it has received multiple awards for exceptional levels of sales from Keller Williams every, single year.

Jason is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and serves on Keller Williams Alliance's Associate Leadership Council where he mentors newer agents and teaches classes in effective pricing, marketing, and listing strategies.

Jason and his two sons live just outside Charlottesville.
